Board care: To clean, scrub with hot water and soap. Never let your board soak in water. To disinfect, after cutting raw meat, wash board as normal then wipe down with hydrogen peroxide or white vinegar, rinse, and towel dry. Oil your board once a month or when it looks dry, let sit over night and wipe off excess in the morning.
